Happy Tuesday!
I sure hope it’s Tuesday at least! These days have all blended together!
Okay, I checked and it’s Tuesday! So, Happy Tuesday friends!
This last weekend my sister and her two boys came over and spent the day with us. We chatted as the boys played and it was great to catch up.
We wanted to take a picture together and I wish that someone could have seen us taking this one! We laughed so hard as we both attempted to have our best angle captured. Having two big sisters is a huge blessing. They really are my best friends.
We even sat down and painted our nails! Melissa gave me some great pointers on how to achieve a great manicure and sounded like a true big sister!
The boys had fun playing together. We gave them free rein in Garrett’s room, as you can see! I still have to clean this up but focused on other parts of our house the last two days. Cleaning never ends, does it?

Sunday I asked Darren if it was alright if I went out for a couple of hours and he said of course! Or something like that. 
I enjoyed a delicious coffee treat and then went out to a few stores including the mall. I loved being able to walk around and not have any responsibilities. Toward the end of the trip out I decided to stop into a hair salon and have my hair cut. I didn’t do anything drastic or worth a before/after picture. Added a few layers in and kept it long! It was a wonderful afternoon treating myself.
This week we don’t have much on our agenda except my continued effort to organize our home. After we moved I stuffed a lot of things randomly away and am now finally getting around to organizing. This is not a gift of mine so i’m relying on other people through Pinterest who are teaching me! I am blown away at the level of organization some people have. I can’t compare and am accepting my limitations!
