During our recent move we had the opportunity to stay at the Navy Lodge while we searched for a new home. I have looked forward to telling you all about it and finally have a chance to!
These hotels are priced reasonably compared to others and they offer a variety of room options. The room was neat, came well equipped with a sitting area, two big beds, and a kitchen area. (Dishes included!) It was located near a park so Garrett and I took a few walks there to enjoy some fresh air and burn of some energy.
Even though we didn’t cook every meal it was nice to prepare some of our meals and have a fridge to use throughout the week.
I was of course thrilled about the free coffee all day in the lobby. They offered a complimentary breakfast but I won’t lie, not one morning did I make it down there!
Our room was kept clean, the staff was friendly, and they kept our room stocked with great reading material!
Overall we had a great stay! We did find a beautiful home in the military housing community and were thankful to have a place to rest in between our move from one home to the next.
