15 Songs to Lift a Heavy Heart

I’m really excited to share this post with you today!

Last year I put together a list of songs for a Deployment Playlist.  I wanted to share with other military spouses the songs that encouraged me while Darren was away. It was a blessing to have it received well by many!

Even though personally I don’t play an instrument or sing well – bummer – I still love to play music in our home.

As I write this now, my heart is anything but heavy.  I’m really thankful for that! But during a difficult time last year there was a group of songs that God used to lift me up.  I would listen to them over and over and over. The music was beautiful and the words were full of hope that I needed to hear.

Hope they are an encouragement to you as well!
