Good morning sweet friend!

Did you wake up singing with the birds?  I jumped out of bed (sort of) and made my way downstairs and flung open the back door, stuck both hands out and felt..

Cool Air, not a hint of humidity.
:)

Then i celebrated by opening the windows to this stale home and welcomed a cool breeze.

While my husband is here and there with his job its HARD.
Last night we saw him after i’d finally become okay with him being gone only to have him leave again soon.
{Emotional Rollercoaster} -ticket for one, please!

But the sweetest gift from God right now is this season and all the small things about it that bring happiness.  And maybe temporary but hey I will take it in the midst of hard circumstances. :)
My heart felt awfully stale these last few months as we were confined to A/C (a blessing still!) and dealing with our gloomy future circumstances ahead.

Are you there or have been?
It’s really no fun at all!

Sometimes the circumstances we’re in are terrible and we feel like the walls are closing in but there really is hope for us.

4 ways to let the breeze into a stale heart

Spend time talking to God (Prayer)

Get to know Him by reading the word of God (Bible)

Don’t make it all about you when it was meant to be about him! Reach out to others and be kind (Proverbs 11:17)

NEVER underestimate the effect of a warm bath and candles! :)
