Not every season will be blissful.
..and i’m not sure why I feel like it has to be?
I want to say this is hard.
This season..
Having my husband gone
Being away from everything I know and am comfortable with
Being the mom of a toddler {BOY}
where Church isn’t the same as when I was growing up
And dealing with health
as well as having my two closest friends move
I get to cry, right?
{Because I am!}

I love my God because he keeps wrapping his arms around tighter as it gets harder, he keeps leaning in to remind me that he’ll see me through all of this. And he remains a resting place for this tired soul.
He called me to be a navy wife, and the mom of a little boy.
And this adventure documented in this blog I PRAY brings encouragement to the eyes who read it.
I know that he is teaching in the midst of stretching but I come to him often tired of the ebb and flow of struggles and victories(Lysa TerKeurst).
You too?
Maybe you find yourself in a difficult marriage, health battle, exhausting job, or other season that pulls hard at your joy.
I can tell you that the circumstances may not change but you have a God who remains the same and instead of looking within or looking to the world you can scoot up close to a Heavenly Father who knows and loves you dearly.
That has been my joy in this season.

I know that it is difficult over the last month and you do not see any improvement in the near future. Lean on the Lord your God and he will strenghten you. He will provide people to encourage you in your walk and to walk beside you through this season. Saturate your life with those who are encouraging to you. We love you and are here for you any time!
