Last week my son and I got cozy and up close to one another and hiked around a beautiful park.

We talked the whole time about how gorgeous the colors were and pointed out anything and everything that sparked interest.  Garrett took a liking to the geese and thought they were, ‘Fuuunnyy’!

We brought God right into the middle of our hike and thanked Him for designing a season filled with brilliant colors. I’m also a fan of crisp air that gives us reason to wear cute outer-wear! 

We’re trying squeeze in as much outdoors time before Winter arrives!

I love to have this time with our son! What a gift it is to be present in his life.

It has been a special experience for our family to discover a new area together!
Normally a community will have a webpage with all the local events taking place and that’s a great place to start looking for something to do!
