31 Days of Inspiring Blogs {18.Grace Full Mamma}

Grace Full Mamma is written by Joy, a missionary pilot’s wife and a mother to five.
Her family currently lives in Indonesia.
It was only a couple of months ago since I began following her blog and I love it!

As a young mother I don’t always want to trudge in the mug of difficult.  I need reminders that allow me a different perspective.  I want to be a cheerful mother and Joy has a way of taking your hand and pulling you aside to remind you of the bigger picture that is motherhood.
She reminds it will go fast, I do have hope in Christ, and to pay attention to my little one.
I need to be inspired in motherhood some days, you too?

If you do have a pinterest account here is a link to her boards {HERE}.

She has talked recently about backing off her time blogging so i’m not sure what that will look like, but i’m assuming she’ll come around once in awhile and for those times, it will be a great read I’m sure!

31 Days of Inspiring Blogs {13.The Small Things Blog}

 Used with permission

If you are familiar with Pinterest you won’t be surprised to find this sweet blog on the list!
Kate is the woman behind, ‘The Small Things Blog”.

She is a hairstylist who posts helpful hair tutorials, along with beauty tips and plenty of creative ideas.
These hairstyles are adorable by the way!

There are many good blogs about fashion but the thing that inspires me about Kate’s blog is that she reminds us, ‘Nothing will fill you like the love of Christ’.
She is right on track with how the fashion world can be vain but the importance of being first filled by Christ’s love.
We are radiant when we have an attitude like Christ.

I want to look nice for my husband and when I don’t do my hair and makeup I feel frumpy.
I’m the only one he is allowed to stare at so I want to make sure he has a beautiful view to glance at!
:)

I know you may be thinking you don’t have time to do your hair but it takes about 25 minutes for us to get ready.
Kate’s hairstyles are simple yet stunning!

31 Days of Inspiring Blogs {8.Singing Through The Rain}

Used with Permission

Matthew 5:15-16 (NIV)
15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

Meet Kathryn! The author behind the blog, ‘Singing Through the Rain’.
She is the real deal.

Why is she inspiring you may wonder?
As a military spouse she is a light in our community.
Awhile back I was needing some wisdom for a particular situation that I knew a military spouse would understand.
So i searched ‘top military wife blogs’ (something like that!) and through another page I found this amazing blog.
I firmly believe God led me to Singing through the Rain because her wise words sunk deep as encouragement that day.

We need hope and Kathryn’s faith is deeply rooted through each season she faces.
Being real about motherhood, deployments, her son’s autism/SPD you’ll begin to trust her as a close friend.
She understands rain is to be expected but goodness this girl has true beauty as she shares her story through it.

The verse from Matthew is what Kathryn is living out day to day. I want the same to be said about me and it’s important that the words we fill our minds with are lifting and bringing us closer to Christ.
I trust handing you over to this incredible blog!

You will be encouraged!
