It’s been a wonderful day because my husband came home after being gone for the last two weeks!  {We missed him}

These last few years have been marked with times of separation and although i’m ‘used’ to it, it never feels good.  A part of me aches when he walks out the door with his bag slung over his shoulder.  But for today, i’m thankful he is home!

I loved connecting with Sarah these last few months and I know you’ll enjoy her writing because she has a real down to earth honest heart! It’s always been a refreshing read.

This weekend I am staying in the comfort of our home and attending the (in)real life conference.  This community has been a blessing and although I don’t replace it for my real life friends, I have grown a lot as a result of the many writers that pour out God’s love in their corner of the web. One day I hope to give a few of these ladies a real hug and tell them how much I appreciate them.
As a military spouse who can hardly make plans for 2 weeks in advanced it was a joy to learn about this webcast that could be viewed in your own home!
I’m looking forward to popping some popcorn and sipping tea this evening!
