Get Moving Series {Week 2}

“Nevermind…I like me just as I am”
:)

This is at my parents house and I love it.  During this month we’re encouraging one another to get moving.
BUT
..life can be really hard and circumstances weigh heavy on us at times and the last thing we want to be doing is working out!   Yet I’m learning maybe that’s when we need to take that 20 minute walk the most?  Our bodies don’t mind all the endorphins being released one bit!

I hope that wherever you find yourself this week that we can still squeeze in the time to get moving.

Today I gathered up some links for you to browse either today or throughout the week when you find time.
These sites have been encouraging!

First lets start with one of my favorite food blogs that teaches how to cook healthier meals :)

Dashing Dish

This site has a ton of great meals made healthier but you can’t even tell.  I’ve tried a few so far and they all turned out amazing!

Snack Girl
I have also picked up a lot of ideas from this site as well.  Lisa is also really easy to relate with and quite funny. :)

This next blog i’ve enjoyed picking up everything from home-making to food and fitness.
She has some awesome content on her site so I hope you’ll take a peek.
Biblical Homemaking

Here is a woman who is a much more friendly fitness coach in my opinion!
Peak313
They are actually starting a 5 week challenge for the fall so check this one out sooner than later!
She really encourages from the inside out as stated on her website.

And here are two weight loss stories that I truly enjoyed reading.

Organized weight-loss
Loved her story!

Can you stay for dinner?
Her story is very real and encouraging

These are only some of the websites that I landed on in that last year but I thought it would be fun to pass them along to you.

How did you do last week? Thanks for sharing in this 4 week series, it’s been encouraging to hear back from you!
For this week we’re encouraging pretty much the same as last, try to get out a minimum of 3 days this week for some activity!
My husband is not around to get the spiders off our bike so it looks like we’ll stick with walking again :).

Look forward to hearing how you liked these sites, AND please leave other ones for us if you would like.
