I would love to paint a picture in words of this perfect care-free relationship with Christ that I (don’t) have. But we’re friends here and this is a safe place.
Do you even believe in God or have you already clicked off this page?
If you’re still here,
Thank you
When I was 5 years old I accepted Christ into my heart. That was the start of the most important relationship i’ve ever been priviledged to be in.
Unfortunetly I don’t have enough time or words to spill about my faith but if you stick around here long enough you’ll become familiar with who i am and what i believe in.
That being the God who created this universe.
I was baptized (my choice) and given a chance to share my testimony.

Beaming!
The thing is you either believe in God or you don’t, and you are either living for yourself or have chosen to die to self for the sake of picking up your own cross and following him. That’s the lovely thing about this, its our choice. God is a gentleman and will bring all of these wonderful things {Grace, forgiveness, mercy, and unconditional love} on a silver platter but he won’t force us to accept them. So we’re left with a choice…too accept him as lord of our life or not…
I pray hard for the eyes that pass over this blog that they would come to know God and have a personal relationship with Him. Its why I come back week after week, this is part of my ministry in this vast internet world.
There are too many who lead lives defeated, angry, bitter, and full of emptiness..in bondage. All the money, toys, friends, perfect marriages, pinterest boards, and other self pleasing methods do not fill that void. Only God was meant to because hey he created our hearts after all.
That place was meant for Him only.

I don’t know how many days I have but when I close my eyes for the last and re-open them to Jesus, I want to make sure that Him and I were close and that I was loving him with all of my mind, heart, and soul. You too?
So here are a few things that are important to keep in mind:
1.
Pray without stopping
2.
Go to church and like Chuck swindoll once said in a broadcast, make sure its one that you are walking out of over-joyed. If you’re dreading going in the mornings, you are not at the right church!
Don’t go to church with a mindset of a consumer (what can this place do for me) no..go in with a heart ready to serve and love the people there. Reach out!
3.
Have christian girlfriends. They will keep you grounded when your heart wants to take off in the wrong directions because its being led by emotions.
Guilty! You need friends who love God, their husbands, and children.
4.
Read God’s word often. In order to know God you have to spend time learning who He was and is. You won’t be disappointed, each book of the bible is God-breathed. Take time to study it.
5.
Know that its not going to be easy as a christian and that’s okay. It wasn’t meant to be! But keep this verse close to your heart.
John 1:2-4
2Consider it pure joy, my
brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3because you know that
the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4Perseverance must finish
its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
6.
Its a relationship..
Enjoy it, discover the meaning of God’s grace so that you too can live freely.
I love you sweet friend, I’ll be praying for you!
